Bell Boyis a sweet little miniature lotus with a star-shaped pink flower. It will occasionally produce viable seeds if there are multiple flowers blooming at the same time.
It is perfect in a pot about 12" in diameter and about 5-8" deep. It is definitely a table-top lotus due to its small size.
